In 1996, the Mary Kay Ash Charitable Foundation was established to formalize the raising and distributing of research funds for cancers affecting women. This year, 211,000 women in the U.S. will be diagnosed with breast cancer, the most common type among women, excluding skin cancer. Another 80,000 women will be diagnosed with a cancer of the reproductive organs.

During the month of October any purchase you make I will be donating 15% of your total sale to the Mary Kay Ash Charitable Foundation. I do this in honor of my mother whom I lost to Breast Cancer, and my grandmother a four time cancer survivor, and breast cancer survivor.
